Marinade pork:

1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp five spice
1/2 tsp sugar

1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 Tbsp water
Mix well then
Add half an egg

2 oz(72g) jicama
2 1/2oz(72g) onion
