食譜 Recipe:
碎豬肉1磅(453克)
醃肉:
蠔油1湯匙
生抽1湯匙
五香粉1茶匙
糖1/2茶匙
鹽1/4茶匙
適量胡椒粉
粟粉1湯匙
水1/2湯匙
攪拌均勻
蛋1/2隻

蝦米1安士(29克)
沙葛2 1/2安士(72克)
洋葱2 1/2安士(72克)
調味:
胡椒粉

五香粉

鮮腐皮:
10”x20“ 3張
(可用你喜歡的尺吋)

Recipe:
1 lb(453g) minced pork
Marinade pork:
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp five spice
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Some white pepper
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 Tbsp water
Mix well then
Add half an egg

1 oz(29g)dried shrimp
2 oz(72g) jicama
2 1/2oz(72g) onion
Flavor:
White pepper
Salt
Five spice powder

Branches sheet:
10"x20” 3 pieces
(Use any size you like)
